The DataDirect Group was established in 1993 by Jon Hanson to develop innovative ways for suppliers and their reps to manage, market and sell incentive merchandise. Incentive customers that benefit from these services include incentive companies, promotion and ad agencies, promotional products distributors and their customers who use incentive products to reward employees, customers and channel partners. For more than 30 years it has continued to be a trusted and loyal partner to the incentive industry.
DataDirect has developed several specialized software programs to bring product data to the incentive marketplace.


RepLink

was the original offering and remains the cornerstone of How the Incentive Industry Does BusinessTM. The now cloud-based program links supplier incentive product data to incentive reps and customers in the United States, Canada and internationally.

Access RepLink

links the data from RepLink to these incentive customers to make finding true incentive products easier and more productive. It comes with time-savings modules to help streamline the searching and buying process.

ShipQuick

provides a nightly feed of incentive merchandise that suppliers can ship within 10 days. The program includes a complete order processing and communications system.
